1. Processing and Handling Time

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on three factors:
- Product Type: Originals require heavier, custom crating, incurring higher shipping costs.
- Size and Weight: Larger prints and paintings cost more to ship.
- Destination: International rates vary significantly by region.
You will see all final shipping rates before confirming your purchase.
4. Secure Packaging for Artwork
We take the utmost care in packaging to protect your investment:
- Prints: Small prints are shipped flat in reinforced mailers. Larger prints (over 12 x 16 inches) are carefully rolled and placed inside heavy-duty, reinforced art shipping tubes.
- Original Paintings: Shipped flat or carefully rolled in hard card board or PVC pipe, ensuring maximum protection against bending or impact.
5. International Orders, Customs, and Duties (Crucial)
We proudly ship our artwork globally. However, international buyers must be aware of their country’s import regulations:
The customer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST, and brokerage fees levied by their country of residence. These fees are not included in your purchase price or our shipping costs and are collected by your local government or postal service upon delivery.
We cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or declare a lower value to bypass customs fees, as this is illegal. Failure to pay these customs fees will result in the package being held by customs or returned to us, with all costs passed on to the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number, which will be emailed to you immediately after your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our studio to your wall.
