1. Commissioned and Custom Work (All Sales Final)
Due to the personalized nature of commissioned and custom artwork (including pet portraits, custom scenes, or personalized illustrations), these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We ensure your satisfaction before shipping: We will send you digital photos of the final artwork for your approval before the piece is carefully packaged and shipped. By providing your final approval, you agree to the terms of the final sale.
2. Original Paintings Return Window
You may request a return for an original painting within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date (as tracked by the shipping carrier). To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within this 3-day window to start the return process.
3. Condition of Returned Artwork & Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping logistics and costs, and the artwork must be received in its original, undamaged condition.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, taxes, and insurance costs. The original shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
- Original Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and received by us in the exact condition it was sent to you. Any signs of damage, wear, bending, creasing, or alteration will result in the return being refused and no refund issued.
- Proof of Shipping: We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and a tracking number for your return package, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
4. Final Sale Items (No Returns)
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Any artwork or print purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price.
- All commissioned or custom-ordered artwork.
- Any item where the return request is initiated outside the specified return window (3 days for originals, 7 days for prints).
How to Initiate a Return

- Your Order Number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item showing its current condition.
We will respond within 48 business hours with the return authorization and shipping address.
